In this study the qualitative and quantitative content of the biophenolics in virgin olive oils is evaluated by liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry. The extraction and purification method for these compounds from virgin oils was optimised. After liquid‐liquid and solid‐phase extraction the separation of 35 of these compounds was achieved on reversed phase in gradient mode. The detection was preliminarily by UV and fluorescence, but then the final choice was ion‐spray tandem mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring mode in negative ionization, acquiring two diagnostic product ions from the chosen precursor [M—H]. Using this last approach we obtained the best sensitivity, selectivity, and specificity. The recovery of the method ranged from 70–90% and detection limits were less than 1 ng for all the analyzed compounds.  相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method is described for determination of the ratio of beta-d-mannuronic acid to alpha-l-guluronic acid (M/G ratio) in dietary fibre of edible seaweeds. Total dietary fibre (TDF) content was determined gravimetrically. The TDF fraction was hydrolysed with 12 m and 1 m H(2)SO(4), then neutralized with AG 4 x 4 resin. The uronic acids were separated in a Tracer Extrasil SAX 5 micro m column (25 cm x 4 mm) at 35 degrees C, with 2 mm KH(2)PO(4) containing 5% methanol as mobile phase at a fl ow rate of 1.5 mL/min. The detection wavelength was UV 210 nm. The chromatographic identifications of beta-d-mannuronic acid and alpha-l-guluronic acid were confirmed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The method precision was 1.4% for beta-d-mannuronic acid and 3.5% for alpha-l-guluronic acid. The method was used to determine M/G ratio in canned seaweeds (Saccorhiza polyschides and Himanthalia elongata) and in dried seaweeds (H. elongata, Laminaria ochroleuca, Undaria pinnatifida, Palmaria sp. and Porphyra sp.).  相似文献

应用火焰光度检测器与氢焰检测器偶联技术,通过对模拟蒸馏法的拓展,利用气相色谱仪同步测定了煤基油品的硫分布、沸点分布和总硫含量。结果表明:油品测定的准确性和重复性均较好,沸点分布、硫分布和总硫含量的最大相对标准偏差分别为0.47%、1.01%和2.51%。本方法需要样品量小,操作简便,比较适合于实验室煤基油品的分析研究。  相似文献

A thermogravimetric study of the pyrolysis of three different types of waste wood (forest wood, old furniture and used pallets) is carried out in a TGA equipment using dynamic and isothermal techniques. Isothermal runs were carried out at two temperature levels, one between 225° and 325°C (low range) and the other, between 700° and 900°C (high range). Results show a good agreement between the kinetic parameters obtained from either dynamic or isothermal techniques. It must be remarked that the own chemical composition of each type of wood together with the compounds added to the wood for each application, play a fundamental role in the kinetic behavior of their thermal decomposition.  相似文献

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was applied to the cyclohexane extract of Curcuma longa L. The chromatographic conditions generated retention indices very close i.e., greater than 99.9%, to those reported for structures in the Sadtler Standard Gas Chromatography Retention Index Library. In addition to the extensively reported sesquiterpene ketones, this essential oil extract contained a series of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Wiley mass spectra library matching for the free fatty acids, their trimethylsilyl esters and methyl esters narrowed their identity down to a few candidates. Combining this information with the retention indices of the fatty acid methyl esters in the Sadtler library allowed the identification of some of the double bond positions.  相似文献

本文报道了以废羽毛为原料,采用矿物质硫酸盐的制备与中和脱酸、螯合反应结合的新工艺,以金属盐类作催化剂和硫酸水解法,制得了复合氨基酸微量元素螯合物。复合氮基酸生成率为71.7%,微量元素螯合率达到98%以上。该工艺简单易行,生产成本低。  相似文献

Seed oils of 12 Salvia species collected from different regions in Turkey (S. Albimaculata Hedge & Hub.-Mor., S. Candidisima Vahl., S. Cedronella Boiss., S. Cryptantha Montbret & Aucher ex Bentham, S. Forskahlei L., S. Fruticosa Miller (Sin. S. Triloba L. Fil), S. Halophila Hedge, S. Hypargeia Fisch. & Mey., S. Sclarea L., S. Tomentosa Miller, S. Tchihatcheffii (Fisch. & Mey.) Boiss., S. Virgata Jacq.) were obtained by Soxhlet apparatus using hexane. The oil yields were found to be between 2.0% and 20.9%. Fatty acids in the oils were converted to methyl esters and determined by GC/MS in methyl ester form. The main fatty acid components of S. halophila, S. Hypargeia, and S. Sclarea are unsaturated oleic, linoleic, and linolenic acids. In others except S. Candidissima, the dominant acids are oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids.  相似文献
